System Description
This Quality Management Plan is designed for use by Sub-contractors performing on-site work under the supervision of a Head or Principal Contractor (Except in South Australia, refer QMP - SA). It is based on elements of the Quality Management Systems Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.
The procedures are suitable for Sub-contractors, trades or service companies interested in:
- Working for a Head or principal Contractor running a comprehensive QMS on site.
- Having the capacity to respond to Client Quality specifications & documentation.
- Improving Company efficiency y reducing error rates.
