The NSW Industrial relations Management Guidelines 2017 have been reissued to reflect the reorganisation of the NSW Government procurement policies generally, and recent changes to the Commonwealth legislative framework.
This Industrial Relations Management Manual is designed to comply with the requirements of the NSW Guideline, for use by Head & Principal Contractors. The Manual outlines the required procedures for Companies to meet the NSW Governments commitment to greater flexibility and productivity within the State's building and construction industry and to ensure that the NSW Government maximises value for money on its spending and infrastructure projects.
